Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll from the Spanish Steps and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The rooms, while a bit small due to some temporary inconveniences like garbage picking and lack of warm air conditioning, were still cozy and inviting. The dining experience was of excellent quality, offering a nice variety of hot and cold dishes in a romantic old-fashioned atmosphere. Overall, a memorable stay filled with wonderful moments.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit disappointing with cleanliness issues and dated decor, but the higher floor room had excellent sunlight. The service was generally good, with efficient and friendly staff, notably Teodora. The location was fantastic, close to major attractions and shopping. The dining experience, while plentiful, had some delays. Overall, a decent value for the price.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms used to be in a superb basement, but their quality has declined due to some law changes. However, they were still lovely, clean, and comfortable. The service was top-notch, especially dealing with a large family group, offering helpful assistance with reservations and taxis. The location couldn't be more perfect in the heart of Old Rome, with many attractions within easy walking distance. The dining was not up to par considering the high room rates. However, the overall experience was pleasant.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The amazing location next to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain was unbeatable, but the rooms, while expectedly small for such a prime spot, were outdated and lacked natural light. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Massimo Mazola and the concierge team, who went above and beyond. The dining was decent, but there were some waiting times for tables. Overall, a good stay marred slightly by the room condition and minor dining issues.
